This diploma thesis focuses on the application of the concept of social responsibility in business practise of the companies Sanofi-aventis, s.r.o., MSD IT Global Innovation Center s.r.o. Heineken Česká republika, a.s. This application is based on mentioned theoretical foundations and qualiative research. The thesis also analyzes and evaluates the implementation of CSR strategy of internal marketing in chosen companies. The aim is to suggest activities to effective application of internal marketing strategy for these companies.

This diploma thesis gives a comprehensive survey of the CSR concept in corporate strategy in the limited partnership company THIMM Obaly. Theoretical bases are included. The existing communication level of CSR activities is analyzed and evaluated for the purposes of this thesis. The end result represents proposal of communication strategy that make CSR more efficient to the company benefit.

Kubániová, T. The social pillar in a sector of information technology. Bachelor the- sis. Brno: Mendel university in Brno, 2018. This bachelor thesis is focused on corporate social responsibility in Brno, specifi- cally dealing with social pillars. The literary research contains a brief description of the history and development of CSR, social sector of CSR is defined and it also des- cribes specific activities and norms related to the social sphere. The analytical part is focused on information about the implementation of CSR activities of the IBM s. r. o., Tieto s. r. o. and the third anonymous company XY. Based on this, com- panies are subsequently compared by using a scoring comparison system accor- ding to the quality of the CSR activities processing in two parts, internal and exter- nal social pillar. Due to certain shortcomings, solutions are proposed to improve CSR activities on social level and, at the end, an economic assessment of the costs of specific proposed activities is carried out.
Corporate social responsibility of public media service: analysis of strategy of Czech Television

The aim of the thesis is to explore corporate social responsibility strategy of public media services. The research method endorsed is a case study of Czech Television that combine a multiple source of data such as official documents, archive records and informal interviews. The analysis points out the influence of institutional conditions and stakeholders, describes particular CSR initiatives and the way communication strategies of Czech Television are working. The thesis offers an analytical model which at the same time is describing the functioning logic of CSR strategy in public media services and can be used for further research on CSR in general. Reporting of corporate social responsibility in selected company

The Master´s Thesis is focused on reporting of Corporate Social Responsibility. The purpose of this thesis is create CSR report for company PATRIA Kobylí, a.s. Theoretical part is dedicated to formation, development and current forms CSR, including advantages and disadvantages CSR. Besides three pillars are mentioned, which are basis for the concept CSR. A part of thesis is focused on CSR reporting, its benefits and trends. Further, applicable standards this concept are introduced. The attention is put on GRI standard and reporting frame G4. Content of practical part are analysis and evaluation current activities in company PATRIA Kobylí, a.s. and create CSR report for this company. The latest version GRI standard G4 was used for create this report.

The aim of the bachelor work is to suggest the possibility of expansion and interconnection of marketing communications, which will be based on analysis of activities in the area of social responsibility of Kraft Foods and Nestlé.
